Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the excursion date – Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the excursion date – Non-refundable, unless due to exceptional circumstances (subject to approval).
- No-shows – No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend your booked excursion without prior notice.
Weather & Operational Changes
- If an excursion is canceled due to bad weather or operational issues, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
- If an excursion is modified (e.g., route or schedule changes) due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Changes & Rescheduling
- Changes to bookings can be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, please contact us in advance to arrange the change.
